Teresa Clarke is the founder of Humanity Capital, a boutique talent advisory firm that partners with leadership teams across industries to unlock growth through people, leadership, and culture. She has served as Chief People Officer and Global Head of HR for leading professional services firms and advised executives across startups, Am Law 100 firms, and nonprofits on modernizing people operations and aligning talent strategy with business growth.

Teresa began her career as a corporate and private equity lawyer before transitioning into talent and leadership—giving her the skills and cross-sector fluency to support founders and teams in venture- and private equity-backed environments, as well as more established corporate clients navigating scale, transformation, or change. She is also an investor in early-stage startups, an advisor to Thurgood, a justice tech company using AI-powered tools to assist individuals with employment-related claims, and a coach to emerging and established leaders across industries.

She is a 2025 Fellow in Reach Capital’s Roadrunner Program, a selective community of founders, operators, and investors building bold solutions at the intersection of education, the future of work, and health. Teresa holds degrees from Duke University and UCLA School of Law, an executive education certificate in Corporate Innovation from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and completed the Berkeley Haas Transformative CHRO Program, co-led by Laszlo Bock.
